Total golf assignments include over 225 properties in 18 states since 1986 – 175+ golf course appraisals, incl. 50+ tax valuations - 14 stand alone feasibility studies (plus another 35 feasibility analyses within proposed golf course appraisals) - other assignments incl. brokerage, market studies, consulting and litigation support.

The operating profile of this mix of golf properties includes 24% private equity clubs, 19% private non-equity clubs, 9% semi-private, 37% daily fee, 7% resort, 3% municipal and 3% stand alone ranges.


Residential Subdivision Assignments

Subdivision assignments include hundreds and hundreds of appraisals in nearly every city in the Kansas City metro area, including the urban core, since 1984. We have valued over two dozen of golf or lake communities, some with multiple residential neighborhoods plus commercial. We have done stand alone feasibility studies on large mixed use subdivisions and also done several market studies for the purpose of setting lot prices for new communities (mostly golf communities). Subdivision appraisals have been completed outside the metro area in St. Louis, Wichita, Tulsa, Dallas and in resort communities in Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
