Stephen R. Hughes has over twenty years experience in commercial real estate and business valuation plus over ten years experience in banking, land management and real estate brokerage. He is a certified general appraiser in five states and a licensed real estate broker in Kansas (with affiliations in other states). Golf course work completed by Mr. Hughes includes over 250 assignments since 1986 in 18 states. Mr. Hughes has valued over 300 residential subdivisions since 1984 in six states, including many golf and/or lake communities. Steve is a member of the National Golf Course Owners Association, Appraisal Institute and the Society of Golf Appraisers among other related organizations.

In an effort to better serve the golf resort market, we have recently affiliated with James Askew, president of Hotel Valuation Advisors, Inc., who has completed more than 150 hotel and resort valuation assignments in 40 states. Jim has assisted us in more than 20 golf course assignments to date.
